Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: ERTS) and Sweden-based developer, Digital Illusions, today announced development of the next installment in the award-winning Battlefield™ franchise, Battlefield 2142™. The ground-breaking first-person shooter is scheduled to ship this fall for the PC.
